We take pride in offering a generous warranty for your electric moped, covering the following:

Battery: 3 years or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.
Entire vehicle: 2 years.
Frame: 5 years.
Motor: 2 years or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.
Controllers: 2 years or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.

Warranty conditions

The warranty applies under the following conditions:

The defect is due to a manufacturing fault.
The owner follows the instructions provided in the user manual.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear components such as brake pads and tires.

Battery warranty details

The 3-year battery warranty guarantees at least 70% capacity after 3 years or up to 20,000 km, whichever occurs first. To maintain the validity of the warranty, proper battery care is essential. We recommend the following:

Always use the original charger provided with your electric moped.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the battery.
Every 2 to 3 months, use the battery until its capacity drops to 20%, then fully recharge it.
If the moped will not be used for more than 20 days, remove the battery and store it separately.
If the battery capacity drops below 20%, charge it within 12 hours and for at least 3 hours.
For long-term storage, maintain the battery at 30–50% capacity and store it at a temperature between 20°C and 35°C. Recharge it to 30–50% every 2 to 3 months during storage.
First-time use: Fully charge the battery, use it until the capacity drops below 20%, then fully recharge it again.
Charge the battery at a temperature between 0°C and 35°C, and use it within a temperature range of -10°C to 45°C.
Protect the battery from water exposure. If the moped comes into contact with water (e.g., riding through deep puddles) or the battery gets wet, do not charge it until it is completely dry and inspected.
